Herbalism, Ayurveda, yoga, and seasonal living.
I created Wild Blossom as a return to something we often forget in modern life, our connection to nature, rhythm, and the quiet intelligence of the body. Rooted in herbalism, Ayurveda, yoga, and seasonal living, my work is an invitation to slow down and come back into relationship with the earth as a guide for healing, nourishment, and everyday ritual.
Over 15 years of experience as a yoga teacher and educator.
Alongside this work, I bring over 15 years of experience as a yoga teacher and educator, having taught since 2010 and led workshops for children, teens, women, and families in schools and community spaces.
My background as a teacher and librarian, along with my ongoing studies in herbalism and Ayurveda—including training through Hale Pule—has shaped a grounded, practical approach that bridges traditional wisdom with everyday life.
As both an educator and a mother, my work is deeply informed by lived experience, care, and an understanding of the rhythms of family life. I’m especially drawn to supporting women, mothers, and families in creating simple, meaningful rituals that bring more calm, connection, and steadiness into their daily rhythms.
Wild Blossom is an invitation to slow down and return to what is simple, steady, and real.
Through plants, practice, and seasonal living, I hope to offer a space where people can reconnect with themselves, their daily rhythms, and the natural world around them. Whether through a private consultation, a workshop, or a shared community experience, my intention is to support a more grounded, present, and connected way of living—one small ritual at a time.
My Journey
Wild Blossom grew from a lifelong curiosity about the relationship between nature, healing, creativity, and the human experience. My path has always been rooted in learning and sharing knowledge—from my work as an educator and librarian to my years guiding yoga practices and workshops for children, teens, women, and families.
I began teaching yoga in 2010, and over the years I have witnessed the powerful impact that mindful movement, breath, creativity, and connection can have on our sense of well-being. This work naturally led me deeper into the wisdom of Ayurveda, herbalism, and seasonal living—traditions that remind us that healing is not separate from nature, but deeply connected to it.
Through my studies with Hale Pule and continued exploration of herbal traditions, I have developed an approach that honors both ancient wisdom and modern life. I believe wellness does not need to be complicated.
Often, the most meaningful changes come through small daily rituals: a nourishing meal, a grounding practice, time outdoors, a cup of herbal tea, or a moment to reconnect with ourselves.
As an educator and mother, I understand the importance of creating spaces that feel safe, calming, and supportive. I am especially passionate about working with women, mothers, and families to create practical wellness practices that can be woven into everyday life.
Wild Blossom brings together all of the things I love most—plants, learning, movement, creativity, and community. My hope is to create experiences that inspire people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover their own relationship with nature and seasonal living.
